What do YOU say to taking chances?

The other day we went to the climbing gym for my psychology of performance class. At first I wasn’t sure how climbing rock walls would relate to my performing…I love performing! And it doesn’t wear my forearms out at all! But little did I know…

Back into the swing of things!

The first week of school is already over! It's gonna be a crazy but exciting semester. My twin brothers are here at school with me now, which I absolutely love. I'm taking a zillion classes...well, not really. Only nine. (It doesn't seem as bad when you compare it to a zillion.) That's the lovely life of a music major. You'll spend hours and hours a week on a class that is one credit. BUT it's so worth it. I'm not complaining - just explaining. :)

I went to San Francisco last week with my mom and sister. It was a BLAST and now I feel ready to tackle this semester after a little break. I fell in love with that city. I love the diversity of people, food, culture. I felt like I ate in Paris, Rome, China, Thailand, Mexico...all in one place! It doesn't get much better than that. I wish I could post pictures on here...I've gotta figure out how to do that cuz we had the coolest Italian waiter. He was SO Italian. Chest hair and everything!

Someone I can always count on

My friends and I were able to sing to some people at the hospital today, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. We met so many incredible people who are facing a lot of tough things right now. It opened my eyes to how aware Heavenly Father is of each of us. He doesn’t ever forget us – not ever. We met this adorable old man who was so kind to us. He asked us to sing “Abide With Me.” One line in that song especially speaks to me, “Change and decay in all around I see; O thou who changest not, abide with me!” This man started crying in the song.

Thank YOU. Merci beaucoup. Muchas gracias.

I just want to say thank you friends and fans for all your support. It means so much to me, and I just want you to know that I appreciate you. You are wonderful! Don't you ever forget it! :)
